Gateway Cooperative, November 2026
Monday, November 2, 2026

The ADI Gateway Cooperative is an Antares-based regional group focused on constructing gateways. By contributing resources to the gateways, members earn ownership shares proportional to their contributions. By banding together, co-op members ensure the smooth operation of gateways in Antares and beyond!
- Upkeep is the biggest cost of running our gates
- Weekly income keeps climbing
- An ANT to ARC gateway is under construction
The Cost of Upkeep
After 42.9 weeks of operation, the AGC network has earned ₳239.7m in tolls. After upkeep and fuel, net profit is ₳139.3m. More than 40% of everything our gates have earned has gone back into keeping them running.
Every gate needs this upkeep shipment each week:
- 15 ALR, 6 WRH, 60 SEA, 6 POW, 15 SP, 60 SPT
That works out to about ₳225k per gate per week. With 10 gates in the network, that’s about ₳2.25m every week. Fuel adds about ₳200k per gate each time it’s refilled (10,000 VF at a time), which comes to roughly another ₳800k a week across the network. These prices are still kinda under market price, but are sustainable.
Against a capital expenditure of ₳3.4 billion, the network currently returns 0.10% per week. At that rate the ROI is still about 20 years. (almost at 1 year down!) Upkeep is a fixed cost, so it doesn’t shrink when traffic is slow. Every additional ship through our gates goes straight to the bottom line, but a gate with little traffic can easily cost more to run than it earns.
This matters as we consider new gates. A new gate has to earn at least ₳225k a week plus fuel just to break even. Shareholders should keep that number in mind when evaluating proposals.
Gateway Income
The good news is that income keeps growing. Weekly gross income has climbed from about ₳4m in March to around ₳8.5m today. As traffic grows, upkeep becomes a smaller share of income, so each new week of growth improves our margins.
Contributors should keep an eye out for payouts from Hephaestus, Griffonstone, and the other gate planets.
ANT to ARC Gateway Under Construction
Pxlfox is building the ANT to ARC gateway proposed in August. So far, 1,946,124.95 of 4,715,814.98 AIC worth of materials have been collected, about 41% of the total.
When it’s complete, the gate is expected to join the ADI Gateway Cooperative network.
